Eric Scott, Co-Founder/Chairman
Mr. Scott was responsible for the initial vision and strategic planning of Amtrex's technology suite. Mr. Scott is active in the daily operations of the company and brings over 15 years in transportation logistics industry. Prior to Amtrex he served as General Manager of Orange County Automotive Groups of California. Before OCAG he held a Consultancy position with Geothermal Energy Products of the Department of Energy in Washington DC and Las Vegas, NV. 1979-1982 served as President of Sporthaus of Aspen in Houston and Dallas, TX. During 1975-1979 worked as a Real Estate Broker/Developer of J.D. Gallagher Company, Ithaca, NY. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in business from Ithaca College - Ithaca, NY.

Herbert Presley, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Presley's background is historically focused on companies with a strong technology base, positioning them for investment and future growth strategies. Over his 25-year career, he has founded five technology companies both public and private and has consulted with over 20 large firms on acquisition and due diligence for investment. His experience with technology companies has been with some of the largest firms in the technology sector worldwide including, Intel, Verizon, AMP, Tyco and many others. Prior to Amtrex he was the Managing Partner of PDKH LLC providing business consulting services, helping clients maximize their business momentum and shareholder value. 2004-2007 served as executive officer of Oxford Media Inc. a public company on the American stock exchange.

Brian Scott, Co-Founder/President
Mr. Scott brings over 20 years of transportation experience covering all aspects of 3PL executive management and operations. He developed logistics solutions for Sundstrand Aerospace, Vought Aircraft Industries, General Switch Gear Inc. (Navy), General Dynamics, and Sams Club (Walmart). Prior to Amtrex launched Globe West Transportation of Long Beach, CA. Before Globe West assisted in the development of Canyon Transportation Management in the freight management industry of Fullerton, CA. 1984-1988 served as President, Crown Lumber manufacture of wood products of Long Beach, CA. 1984-1988. He received his BA in marketing from Clarion University.

David Noyes, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Noyes became the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in January 2008. Mr. Noyes is also currently Managing Director of Monarch Capital Resources, LLC, a business-consulting firm and Chief Financial Officer of NextPhase Wireless, Inc., a publicly traded wireless Internet service provider. In addition he was co-founder and Chief Financial of Oxford Media, Inc. from August 2004 through February 2007, Chief Financial Officer of Local.com (formerly Interchange Corporation) from January 2001 through January 2003 and Mergence Corporation from September 1999 through November 2000. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Director of Ortho Mattress from 1996 through 1997; President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of California Software Products, Inc. in 1996 and Director and Chief Financial Officer of Griswold Industries in 1994 and 1995. Previously he was President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Structural Coatings, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of General Power Systems, Power Paragon and Scientific Drilling International. He was a senior Manager with Ernst and Young, is a Certified Public Accountant and has a MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Gary McKenzie, Chief Information Officer
Mr. McKenzie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure as well as the design and development of the company's two significant technology products, HALO™ and Intelliship™. Mr. McKenzie brings 16 years of senior executive experience in the high tech industry. Prior to joining Amtrex, he was the co-founder and CEO of iCoTech, Inc., an internet development services company. Prior roles included Managing Partner of E-Com Holdings, CFO and CEO of ENGAGE games on-line, and VP of Operations and Co-COO of Reuters Money Network, a subsidiary of Reuters America, Ltd. He received his Bachelor degree in Management / Financial Management from Peru State College and earned an A.A.S. in Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

Jeff P. Eisenberg, EVP of Operations & Supply Chain Solutions
Jeff Eisenberg is a career logistician whose experience covers both military and commercial transportation and logistics operations management. He has been at Amtrex for 3-1/2 years as VP of Supply Chain Solutions and during that time developed logistics solutions and negotiated Carrier contracts to support among others, Damco Logistics and Vought Aircraft Industries. Prior to Amtrex he was Manager of Corporate Transportation for Toshiba America Information Systems where he developed and implemented logistics policies and procedures to support direct sales distribution from China, Taiwan, and the Philippines to Customers such as Best Buy and Circuit City. His wide-ranging experiences encompass contract negotiations and transportation planning on 4 continents, tactical execution and strategic planning, budget development, computer information systems, warehouse operations, forecasting for import/export operations, and operational support for over $2 billion worth of product annually. Jeff received his Master of Science in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Mark Grundy, VP of Business Development
Mark Grundy's 25-year career as a successful businessman and entrepreneur has included general management, consulting and entrepreneurial experience with major technology start-ups, travel organizations, and a national real estate franchise company. Mark served most recently as President of Riviera Group Inc. a residential real estate company that acquired national franchise offices in Orange County under the brand Help-U-Sell. He developed marketing campaigns, negotiated vendor contracts and was responsible for corporate growth. Mr. Grundy has proven experience fundraising as well as preparing companies for successful public offerings, this was demonstrated during his time at ecommercial.com. In the travel sector Mr. Grundy was responsible for accelerated company growth in an established organization, American Tours International. As cofounder of Destination America, Mr. Grundy was instrumental in making the company recognized as an industry innovator and leader.

Jay T. Vigeland, VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Vigeland has spent the past 14 years marketing and selling leading-edge enterprise software and services to global corporations. His experience in IT and development, as well as time spent on the factory floor, brings an intimate knowledge of manufacturing and logistics to the departments of sales and marketing. After years of consulting work, and time spent at startups, he co-founded RiverOne in 1999, which he helped build up through the 'dot-com' bubble to become a successful on-demand supply chain software company. Product positioning and customer satisfaction were the keys to RiverOne's success. RiverOne was acquired by i2 Technologies (ITWO) in 2006, and Mr. Vigeland went to i2 to help the company transition the existing customers and technologies. While at i2, he chaired a committee to set the direction and policies around their future on-demand strategies. He has a communications degree from the University of San Diego.
